Le fragole trentine a 8 euro e le ciliegie a 4,50. Le uve siciliane Vittoria e Black Magic da 2,50 a 3,50 euro
Nei mercati all’ingrosso non si alzano i calici per le vendite, ma il grande caldo fa consumare la frutta estiva. In questo contesto, sia per la mancanza di prodotto spagnolo, sia per la carenza di alcuni calibri di prodotto italiano, il prezzo delle pesche è più alto in media dal 20 al 30%. Una buona stagione per chi ha pesche e nettarine. Male invece le albicocche, campagna al ribasso. Tengono meloni e angurie, fragole trentine a 8 euro e ciliegie a 4 euro il kg, il pomodoro è richiesto ma viene pagato poco e gli ortaggi in generale sono in calo.
Effetto Spagna sulle pesche: si vendono a partire da 1,50 euro
Dal mercato di Milano Bruno Barcella, imprenditore e rappresentante di Fedagro Milano, offre a myfruit.it la lettura delle dinamiche di mercato che risentono in questo periodo, ma è un fenomeno che abitualmente si ripete in questi mesi, dello svuotamento della città per le vacanze estive. “A livello percentuale peserà un 15/20% ma è una costante estiva che si ripete”. Su fronte della frutta va bene quella estiva, ma con dinamiche differenziate sottolinea l’imprenditore milanese. “Le albicocche non tirano, anche se sembra che ora si stia registrando un cambio di rotta. Finora i valori sono stati molto bassi, c’è stata più offerta che domanda“.
Bene pesche e nettarine: “Sono sopra la media della stagione scorsa con delle punte del 20/30%. Gioca l’assenza di prodotto spagnolo, ma manca pure da noi, soprattutto determinate pezzature. Quest’anno il competitore ha alzato il valore e in media si hanno quotazioni da 1,50 euro il kg per i calibri più piccoli per arrivare, anche se c’è poco prodotto, a 2,50/3 euro il kg”. Tengono i meloni: “I valori non sono disastrosi, esiste una forbice larga e si passa da un discreto prodotto a 1 euro per arrivare ad uno ottimo da 2,20/2,30 il kg”. Non brillano gli ortaggi. Il pomodoro è soprattutto olandese e polacco da 0,80/0,90 euro il kg, peperone olandese a 1,50 euro, le zucchine quotano 0,70/0,80 euro e le melanzane 1,10/1,15. Infine i limoni dal Cile a 1,10 e spuntano 0,10 euro in più quelli sudafricani.
